แล้วแสงก็หายไป

ค่ะ

แล้วทำอย่างไร?

ก็รู้สึกวุ้บๆ

เพราะฉะนั้น ถ้ามันนิ่ง .. สบายไหม? นี่เรียกว่า สมาธิแบบที่ 2 เป็นไปเพื่อญาณทัศนะ เห็นได้ ไม่ใช่เรื่องแปลก บางคนเห็นสีนั้นสีนี้ ก็ให้รู้ว่า เห็นอย่างไร ก็เห็นอย่างนั้น ไม่มี .. ใช่ หรือ ไม่ใช่ .. ให้บอกตามที่เห็น อย่างนี้ก็ใช้ได้

แต่บางคนบอก ไม่เห็นอะไรเลย .. มีแต่ความคิดเรื่องนั้นเรื่องนี้ ก็ตามดูมันไป .. อ้าว แล้วความคิดมันก็หายไป เรียกว่า ได้สติสัมปชัญญะ เรียกว่า มันจะแตกฉานว่า ทุกสิ่ง ที่สุดมันก็ดับไปเอง

ที่เราดูจิตอยู่นี้ เรียกว่าสมาธิในแบบที่ 4 คือเป็นไปเพื่อสิ้นอาสวกิเลส คือ เห็นการเกิด-ดับ เป็นภายใน ไม่กระโจนไปในไหนทั้งนั้น เรียกว่า เห็นความไม่เที่ยง เกิด-ดับอยู่ภายใน

ที่เราเห็นตัวนี้ เป็นตัวละเอียดที่สุด ตัวอื่นเลยเป็นผล พลอยได้ คือ ได้ความสุขในปัจจุบันด้วย บางคนได้ญาณทัศนะไปด้วย เห็นการเกิดขึ้น ตั้งอยู่ และดับไปได้ด้วย

แต่เรามีตัวจบ ที่เรียกว่า เป็นไปเพื่อสิ้นอาสวกิเลส

อย่างนี้คือ เห็นได้ แต่ไม่ไปยึดติด แล้วเราก็รู้สึกไว้ ..
